For the MyGateway online service, the applicant must be a Bahamian citizen, at least 18 years old, and applying for their own certificate.

Be ready to provide the mother’s first name, last name and maiden name and the father’s first and last name.

The online service lists a National Insurance Board number among the information that may be needed.

A valid credit or debit card is needed for the $10 online fee.
